What we store
Your profile (name, role, team, what you're working on), your assessment answers and results, your private notes, and your conversations with Rubi. All of it lives in a database scoped to your company's workspace.
Who can see what
Your full assessment results, reflections, notes, and Rubi conversations are visible only to you — never to colleagues, managers, or your employer. Colleagues in your workspace can see your name, role, and team, plus the one-line assessment headlines you explicitly choose to share on your profile. Sharing is off by default (except the StyleProfile headline, which is the baseline every directory entry shows) and you can change it anytime.
AI processing
Rubi is powered by Anthropic's Claude. When you chat with Rubi, your message, recent conversation history, your own assessment results, and any colleague headlines you reference are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the response. Anthropic does not train models on API data by default. We never send anyone's full results to the model except your own.
Services we rely on
Reflexant runs on a small set of sub-processors: Clerk (sign-in and workspace membership), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring — configured not to collect personal data), and Anthropic (AI coaching). All connections are encrypted in transit and data is encrypted at rest.
Deletion and retention
Ask us to delete your account and everything you own — results, notes, conversations, shared headlines — is erased. Beta data is retained only for the duration of the beta under the agreement with your company. There are no advertising trackers and no analytics SDKs in the app.
Contact
Questions or deletion requests: reach out to the Reflexant team through your company's beta contact.
